Jamaican dancehall singer Shenseea’s Kenyan Concert that was scheduled for 26th August has been postponed to a later date in October.
The event organisers shared that the Sababisha festival which was supposed to take place at Uhuru Gardens on 26th August will take place in October.
They apologized for the inconveniences caused, adding that the tough decision was made after a long consultation between them and Shenseea’s management team.
The attendees were to part with Sh3,000 for regular and Sh8,000 for VIP tickets.
The news of Shenseea’s upcoming event in Kenya excited her fans, with some calling it a must-attend event.
The musician had also expressed her excitement to perform in Kenya, revealing that she has never been to Africa before.
This is not the first time the dancehall singer has revealed she will be coming to Kenya.
In November 2021, Shenseea had tweeted, ‘Kenya, I see y’all! I promise I’m coming soon! My visit will be worth the wait.
Kenyans have expressed disappointment after the event was postponed as they eagerly await the new dates.
