Moto G Stylus 5G (2024) Review: 50MP Camera and 5,000mAh Battery

The Moto G Stylus 5G (2024) bears a striking resemblance to the Moto Edge 50 series. With its huge screen and distinctive eco-leather back panel that completely encloses the rear cameras, it has a rather thin form. There isn’t any significant difference between the Edge and the Stylus other than the fact that the Stylus has a water-repellent construction, which is Motorola’s fancy way of saying that it has an IP52 classification.

The Moto G Stylus 5G boasts a 6.7-inch pOLED 1080p screen with a refresh rate of 120Hz and 1B color reproduction. It is powered by the Snapdragon 6s Gen 1 chip along with 8GB of RAM, similar to the Moto Edge 50 Fusion in Latin America.

The back of the Motorola Moto G Stylus 5G (2024) houses two cameras: a 13 MP ultrawide camera that supports macro photography and a 50 MP OIS primary camera with a 2x lossless zoom. There is a 32MP front camera.

The phone has a big 5,000mAh battery with quick wired and wireless charging. Additionally, it has powerful stereo speakers and runs on the Android 14 OS.
