Jiji Kenya Wins Two Awards in the Classifieds and Safety Categories.

Jiji, Africa’s largest marketplace platform, has much to celebrate after receiving two awards in the categories of safety and classifieds. They won Best Classifieds Website for the second year in a row at the Digital Tech 100 Awards and Safest Online Shopping Platform at the Transport and Logistics Excellence Awards the same day.

Jiji Kenya announced this morning that it was named Best Classifieds Website at the Digital Tech 100 Awards, held at the Movenpick Hotel, and Safest Online Shopping Platform at the Panari Hotel, on the same day.

The platform was the only e-commerce site in Kenya to obtain perfect five-star safety ratings, for the first time in 23 years of surveying that an online shopping platform was recognized in the Transport and Logistics Excellence awards, organized by Safety Plus Ltd.

The Transport and Logistics Excellence Awards, judged by experts from all industries, commemorate the very finest when it comes to safety in their operations, recognizing enterprises that take the lead in creating excellent safety record of customers experience.

Jiji Kenya won ‘Best Classifieds Website of the Year’ after being selected for the second year in a row at the Digital Tech 100 awards. The platform  has won the prestigious award four times since it opened its doors in Kenya in March 2020.

The Top 100 Digital Tech Tech Companies Awards (previously known as the Digital Tech Excellence Awards) acknowledges and honor exemplary businesses that provide digital technology-based solutions.
