Nigerian artiste Davido has donated 237 million Naira to orphanages around Nigeria.

The money the music superstars donated was the funds he raised during his birthday in 2022 through his foundation.

According to Davido, he recently donated 200 million naira to several orphanages in Nigeria, a tradition that started a few years ago around his birthday.

“I’ve always wanted to use my platform to serve others. Thankful that through your generousity, I’ve been able to do so. We recently disbursed over N200m to several orphanages in Nigeria, a tradition that started a few years ago around my birthday. Thank you to everyone who donated. With your help, we are changing lives.” he said

Davido completed the donation of 237 million naira to orphanage homes in a total of 28 states in the country.

His fans commended his generosity as they viewed the singer as a man of his word.

In 2022, The David Adeleke Foundation, began reaching out to eminent and compassionate Nigerians, seeking their support in raising funds for the less privileged across the country.
