Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro Review

The Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro comes with a host of new features, including some that are powered by AI, along with a redesigned case.

Most notably, a change has also been made to the earphones themselves. They have stems that Samsung insists on referring to as “blades,”  based on the pointed edges. Their ability to recognize a variety of movements, such as swiping, adds convenience to the entire process. An LED strip that runs down each blade makes them glow as well.

The redesigned casing allows for 10.5mm dynamic drivers with dual amps and 6.1mm planar tweeters for 2-way speakers. In order to increase the sample rate and enhance sound quality even more, they also support the SSC codec.

Naturally, active noise cancellation is still an option, but with the help of AI-powered algorithms, some essential sounds—like sirens and voices—can now be recognized and allowed to pass through. Additionally, throughout a call, the AI assists in refining the sound coming from the other end of the conversation.

With the new 53 mAh batteries inside each bud, the Buds3 Pro can run for up to 6 hours when using ANC and 26 hours overall when using the 515 mAh battery in the case, which has been constant.
