Musician Nyota Ndogo expecting first child with hubby Henning.

Kenyan musician Nyota Ndogo and her Dutch husband Henning Nielsen have announced they are expecting their first child.

The singer made the announcement by uploading her photo while holding her pump.

She however didn’t caption anything on the photo.

This will be the couple’s first child together after 7 years of marriage.

In a previous interview, the artist had revealed that they were not looking to add another child to their union.

Henning already has three children and grandchildren while Nyota Ndogo already has two kids from a previous relationship.

“We talked about having children, he said we have five of them, we don’t need another one. By five children, he meant my daughter and son, and his own three children. He then argued that he is an adult, with grandchildren. He said, ‘I want when I retire and come to Kenya, we travel all over the world, and not baby sitting.” She said

In a past interview, the singer said she has had problems getting pregnant and that if it was up to her, she would have given birth every year.

She added that after giving birth to her firstborn son, it took her another seven years before she conceived again.
