Edgar Obare to be paid after winning court case
A year ago blogger Edgar Obare was sued for defamation by a foreigner Yiu Long.
The story for the law suit was about foreigners taking advantage of young Kenyan girls.
Edgar found out that the lawsuit had been served through a Kenyan newspaper.
Through his lawyer Titus Munene he successfully defended himself and the plaintiff was asked to pay him costs.
The case was then dismissed.
