A Kenyan content creator based in the United States has issued a public apology for a viral video in which she advised women to befriend Nigerians. Beyonce suprises Kenyan comedian Elsa Majimbo requesting for a meet up

The video sparked widespread criticism, particularly in light of the recent arrest of two Nigerian men in connection with the brutal murder of Rita Waeni.

Rita Waeni’s tragic murder involved the discovery of her dismembered body in a house in Roysambu, amplifying the sensitivity of the content creator’s advice.

“Highly recommend being friends with a Nigerian man,” Elsa advised

In the video, she proceeded to recount her personal experience with a Nigerian friend during her 21st birthday celebration. Elsa now clarifies that, at the time, she was unaware of the unfolding events in Kenya.

” Oml I was completely unaware of what’s happening in Nigeria. Y’all please forgive my last video that was in very bad taste given the current situation,” she said in part.

 

 

“I don’t know who lied to yall but trending in Kenya isn’t my idea of being relevant,” She added.
