Huawei nova 10 SE with 108 MP and Snapdragon 680G Unveiled.

The Huawei nova 10 series was released in October and now the family gets a new member, the Huawei nova 10 SE. The nova 10 SE is powered by Snapdragon 680G which is an LTE-only chip with an octa-core CPU, four Kryo 265 Gold cores (Cortex-A73 derivative) running at 2.4 GHz, and four Kryo 265 Silver ones (Cortex-A53 derivative) at 1.9 GHz. It also has an Adreno 610 GPU and comes in three memory configurations, 6/128 GB, 8/128 GB, and 8/256 GB.

The nova 10 SE has a battery of 4,500mAh battery with 66W charging through the USB-C port. It has two SIM slots and NFC. The NFC is however exclusive to the variants with 8 GB RAM.

The display on the front comprises a 6.67” OLED with a 90Hz refresh rate and Full HD+ resolution. The camera system is designed with two large circles on its rear where the main camera is 108MP with an f/1.9 lens. Unfortunately, its video recording is limited to 1080p. Next to it are two minor cameras comprising an 8MP ultrawide snapper and a 2MP macro camera. At the front is a 16MP f/2.2 selfie camera.

The fingerprint scanner is situated on the side on top of the power key. The phone has a reasonable body weight of 184g with a thin body of 7.39mm thick.

Huawei is launching the phone on the global market, meaning it’s booting EMUI 12 and not HarmonyOS. The phone retails in Starry Silver, Mint Green, and Starry Black colors. The Pricing and availability have not yet been revealed.
