In a question and answer session with her fans on Instagram, the reality TV star revealed that she has four nannies who take care of her two children.

Previously, Vera disclosed that her nannies enjoy a minimum wage of Ksh 50,000 each.

She went further to add that she prefers older nannies above 40 years old since they have more experience.

She revealed that she uses a very professional criteria when selecting her domestic workers and all of them are properly educated and always well groomed.

Additionally, she also avoids hiring nannies who are active on social media to ensure that her family’s privacy is not compromised.

Vera disclosed that a lady who moved back from the US set up a professional nanny boutique and that’s where she got hers from.

She however does not like her business overly publicized and uses intimate referrals .
